Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I moved to on the second day was incredibly spacious, almost like an apartment. It had everything one could ask for, including a massage chair, karaoke, a jacuzzi, music in both the room and bathroom, and even a TV in the bathtub. Plus, it was so much more affordable compared to other hotels in the city center.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts we needed after a long journey to Osaka. The staff were very helpful and available 24/7. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Juso Station, though in a love-hotel area. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious meals delivered right to our room. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay very enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was a real mix of highs and lows. The rooms were equipped with luxurious amenities like a massage chair, high-quality toiletries, and even a jacuzzi, but the size of the jacuzzi was a bit small. I loved having a camera in the room to record karaoke performances and the clever addition of music in both the room and bathroom. However, the lack of privacy due to limited light was a downside. Service was excellent despite language barriers, though there were some issues with communication regarding transportation options. The location near Juso station was convenient for exploring the city, but the proximity to a non-JR train station was a downside for JR pass holders. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, making for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a nice double bed, but they could have been dusted better. The service was a bit inconsistent; while some staff members were welcoming and helpful, others were extremely rude during check-in. The location, near the train station and convenient for commuting, was both a blessing and a curse due to the non-JR line. The dining experience offered flexibility in ordering amenities, and the room's comfort was worth the price paid.
Living in the hotel felt like being in a small, cold apartment. The room was narrow, reminiscent of a capsule hotel, and the bathroom felt cramped. On the bright side, the hotel's location allowed for easy access to Kyoto, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants.
